Monday - Friday office hours in Henderson and Owensboro are open 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Service centers in Hanson, Hartford, Hawesville and Marion are open 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

During regular business hours, customers residing in a county with a Kenergy office should call that office for information or to report an outage. At night or during weekends, call either the Henderson or Owensboro office, using either the local or toll-free number. Written communication should include the name under which your electric service is listed, your address, daytime phone number and your Kenergy account number. This information enables a quicker response.
