Monday through Friday office hours in Henderson and Owensboro are 7:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Service centers in Hanson, Hartford, Hawesville and Marion are open 9 a.m. - noon and 1 - 4 p.m.

In November 2009, Kenergy installed a new telephone system and started using a centralized toll-free number for all calls at all six offices. That number -- day or night -- is 800-844-4832.

During business hours, a customer service representative may be reached by hitting 0 on your phone after the initial opening statement ends. You cannot bypass the automated message prior to the end of that opening statement.

If Kenergy offices are closed, you may report an outage or provide your meter reading by following prompts on the automated phone system. The automated system is the fastest way to report an outage.

Written communication should include the name under which your electric service is listed, your address, daytime phone number and your Kenergy account number. This information enables a quicker response.
