Touchstone Energy® All-Electric New Home Incentive Rebates available for new home construction

13-13.9 SEER Heat Pump Rebate $700
14-14.9 SEER Heat Pump Rebate $800
15 or higher SEER Heat Pump or Geothermal System Rebate $900

Must meet the following qualifications:

All-Electric Home
Equipment must be rated by the Air Conditioning Refrigeration Institute (ARI)
Must be located within 1200 feet of a natural gas line or in use by an adjacent neighbor
Must meet specific Touchstone Energy® Home building requirements

Dual Fuel/Add-On Heat Pump

REBATE for add-on heat pump is $90 per ton

Must meet the following qualifications:

Used in conjunction with gas furnace
New construction must use natural gas as backup
Rebate for Add-On Heat Pump $90/ton
Must be 13 SEER or higher
Equipment must be rated by the Air Conditioning Refrigeration Institute (ARI)

A receipt for the installed heat pump must be attached to the application.

Electric Water Heater

REBATE for replacing gas water heater with electric unit is $300

Must meet the following qualifications:

40 gallon minimum size
.90 energy factor rating or higher
Water heater must be installed by a licensed contractor/plumber or inspected by local inspector for self-installation

A receipt for the installed water heater and proof of EF must be attached to the application.
