Christmas Broccoli Casserole

2 (10 oz.) packages of frozen, chopped broccoli
3/4 c. sour cream or 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. grated cheese
Cook broccoli just to thaw. Combine broccoli with sour cream, soup, pimento, salt and pepper. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Top with cheese and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
