Challenge Grant Program

Kenergy provides a dollar-for-dollar matching Challenge Grant Program for specific economic development projects.  The maximum possible funding is $1,000 per project.  Applicants must identify a specific project and submit a Kenergy Challenge Grant application.  The project for funding must be located in one of the following counties:  Caldwell, Crittenden, Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, Hopkins, Lyon, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster.  All projects are funded on a first-come, first-served basis and emphasis is placed on projects which market local industrial sites. Trade Show And/Or Recruiting Assistance

Kenergy will reimburse up to one-half of out-of-pocket expenses for individuals participating in a national trade show and/or recruiting visits.  Reimbursement shall be made on a first-come, first-served basis.  Maximum participation will be limited to $500 per individual attending a trade show or recruiting visit.
