Resource Committees
Member Resource Committee (MRC)
Kenergy has a Member Resource Committee (MRC) in each board district within the cooperative’s service territory. As liaisons to the board of directors, committee members are charged with seeking information and opinions from fellow member-owners and making recommendations to their district director. The director, in turn, is responsible for sharing information with the total board and updating the committee on cooperative matters. Periodic MRC meetings are conducted. Member-owners interested in MRC participation should contact Kenergy or their respective district board member.

Industrial Resource Committee (IRC)
The Industrial Resource Committee (IRC) is comprised of one representative from each Kenergy-served large industrial customer having a contract demand of at least 1,000 kilowatts. The role of the IRC is similar to that of the MRC. The committee provides an opportunity for the board of directors and these customers to communicate about relevant issues.

Commercial Resource Committee (CRC)
Kenergy’s CRC is comprised of commercial and small industrial members who are in the top 100 revenue accounts. The purpose of this committee is to provide a channel for the exchange of first-hand information related to Kenergy and current commercial and industrial issues. The CRC gives Kenergy’s Board of Directors and co-op management a broader insight into the needs of the commercial and small industrial membership. This committee allows Kenergy to identify products and services that are important to the commercial and small industrial membership.
