The annual meeting of Kenergy members is a long-standing tradition of our cooperative. The annual meeting provides an opportunity for members to hear reports from officers and directors, ask questions and vote on items of business.

The democratic process of this cooperative is designed to make it possible for all members to have one equal vote. While every year is not an election year for our board of directors, we appreciate your attendance and involvement. The active participation of our members is a vital part of our cooperative.
