Paperless Billing

Paperless billing helps you eliminate extra paper mail and makes it more convenient to view and pay your bill all in one place. By going paperless, you can receive bills through email or by utilizing your online account.

How to Sign Up:

  1. Log in to ‘My Account’
  2. Click ‘My Profile’
  3. Click ‘My Information’
  4. Click ‘Update My Paperless Billing Settings’
  5. Turn the button to ‘On’

Budget-Billing Plan

Kenergy offers a budget-billing plan for single-phase accounts.  Budget billing allows a member to pay the same amount for 11 months and any balance due the 12th month. Some members may be due a refund on the 12th month. For more information, send us a message from the Contact page.

Prepaid Billing

Traditionally, Members receive a monthly bill for the electricity they’ve used. Prepaid Billing works just the opposite. This new program is strictly voluntary and allows Members to choose how much and how often you want to pay before you use the electricity.

Think of Prepaid Billing the same as you do when putting gas in your car. You pay for it before you use it. You can purchase small amounts every few days or “fill up” the tank and not worry about it for an extended period of time. When your supply is low, you simply purchase more.

In this new program, because participants will pay for electricity in advance, you do not have to pay a deposit, there are no monthly bills, and there are no late fees. The Prepaid Billing FAQ provides more details on how the program works.
