Paperless Billing
Paperless billing helps you eliminate extra paper mail and makes it more convenient to view and pay your bill all in one place. By going paperless, you can receive bills through email or by utilizing your online account.
How to Sign Up:
- Log in to ‘My Account’
- Click ‘My Profile’
- Click ‘My Information’
- Click ‘Update My Paperless Billing Settings’
- Turn the button to ‘On’
Prepaid Billing
Traditionally, members receive a monthly bill for the electricity they’ve used. Prepaid Billing works just the opposite. This program is strictly voluntary and allows members to choose how much and how often you want to pay before you use the electricity.
Think of Prepaid Billing the same as you do when putting gas in your car. You pay for it before you use it. You can purchase small amounts every few days or “fill up” the tank and not worry about it for an extended period of time. When your supply is low, you simply purchase more.
In this program, because participants will pay for electricity in advance, you do not have to pay a deposit, there are no monthly bills, and there are no late fees. The Prepaid Billing FAQ provides more details on how the program works.

Fixed Budget Billing
- Pay the same amount for 12 months (October through September).
- Budget amount is set based on the 12- month average at your location.
- In September each year, your account is reviewed against your actual usage and will be recalculated.
- If you paid more than the energy amount used, your credit will be divided over the next 12 months bills.
- If you paid less than the energy amount used, your balance owed will be divided over the next 12 months bills.
- No refund check issued.
