Kenergy payment options go dark Wed., March 30

After business hours, Kenergy members have several ways to make payments and enter meter readings — by telephone, phone app or computer.

However, on Wed., March 30, those options will go dark for at least three hours, beginning at 11 p.m.

This lapse in service is due to a scheduled system upgrade.
